Professor Genesis Snyder

Instructor of Support: Nicaragua 2017 and Honduras 2019

Hello, my name is Genesis Snyder. I am a teaching instructor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at WVU.

I joined the WVU Global Brigades as a faculty advisor on their annual trip abroad in 2017.  I was able to incorporate anthropological components to the course to increase more culturally appropriate interactions. It was an honor to serve alongside so many dedicated, motivated, and intelligent women and men and I look forward to doing so again in the future.
