Julia Dunigan

Dental Brigades President 2016-2017

Hello! I'm Julia Dunigan and have been on three brigades with WVU to Panama and Nicaragua. I am from Gilbert, WV and studied Biology at WVU.

The brigades programs helped me grow into a strong, confident, and capable woman with a passion for healthcare and the ability to take on leadership roles. This program is a transformative experience, and I will never forget my time as a member of the WVU Global Brigades.

My path after WVU takes me to attending a Physician's Assistant program, where I plan to graduate and become a PA in a family medicine clinic. I will strive to treat my patients with the same care and respect that the doctors I shadowed in Panama and Nicaragua did.
